Sky Blue FC Releases 2020 Preseason Schedule

Sky Blue Preseason Presented by Virtual Procurement Services

Howell, N.J. (March 9, 2020) – Sky Blue FC of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) announced their 2020 preseason schedule, presented by Virtual Procurement Services (VPS). The team is entering their eighth preseason on Monday, March 9 highlighted by three games in North Carolina at two different venues, including a game against the reigning NWSL Champions, North Carolina Courage. The first official match of the 2020 season is on Sunday, April 19 at Orlando Pride. 

Head Coach Freya Coombe will lead the team against two collegiate programs, starting with the University of North Carolina on Wednesday, April 1 at 6 p.m. Sky Blue will then face the University of Virginia on Saturday, April 4 at 2 p.m. in North Carolina, in a closed-door match. Sky Blue finishes their preseason schedule with a match against the North Carolina Courage on Sunday, April 5 at 1 p.m. at WakeMed Soccer Park.
On Saturday, March 28, Sky Blue FC will hold an Open Training Session for Sky Blue FC Season Ticket Members from 10 am to 11:30 am at Montclair State University Soccer Park in Montclair, N.J.
